(Slide to man's left, lady's right 3 times) Side, slide together, side, slide together, side, hold

(Use other foot, man's right and lady's left) Heel, cross toe, heel, cross toe

(Slide to man's right, lady's left 3 times) Side, slide together, side, slide together, side, hold

CLAP RIGHT, CLAP LEFT, CLAP BOTH
Clap man's right hand to lady's left hand
Clap man's left hand to lady's right hand

lady on left side's left hand. they walk around each other to the left

Do-sa-do back with your partner.
(When you see your partner in front of you, walk by them passing right shoulders, 
step straight across behind them and back up passing shoulders. 
Arms usually straight out in front, forearms overlapping)

NOW YOU PROMENADE WITH THE SWEET CORNER MAID 
SINGING "OH, JOHNNY, OH, JOHNNY, OH"
Promenade corner lady (lady to man's left) while all sing chorus.
Man moves forward to lady on his left and shuffles forward 8 shuffles. May use a regular side by side position or hands crossed in front, joined. All sing Oh Johnny, Oh Johnny Oh. Turn and face partner, join hands ready to start again
